I checked out two apartments today, Canterbury woods and Arbors of Century Center.
Canterbury had the smallest kitchen Ive seen yet, the bathroom doesnt have a place to keep towels and what not, it is all electric, but it only has w&d connections, no actual w&d. The 'storage' room they supposedly had available wasnt large enough to put a BBQ grill in, but thats no matter, BBQ Grills are banned.

Arbors had a gas furnace and water heater, again no washer or dryer, only connections.. It was smaller than Green Brook's one bedroom.

Also, went by green brook, told them they seem to be winning the race for apartments and asked for a sample lease... I havent read it all the way through, but noticed on the first page they mentioned a 60 day notice to move out. That's a blow, hopefully Ill find some gem in the lease agreement that balances things out again.

Canterbury Woods: $538 @ 725 sq ft
Arbor of Century Center: $502 @ 619 sq ft
Green Brook: $539 @ 755 sq ft [notice the sq footage?]
